Customer reviewThe hostel is a nice old building with plenty of outside space and terraces. BBQ facilities are available and the place looks and feels welcoming. common areas are nice. However, sometimes you get the impression the owner feels hassled by his guests. In addition, there is virtually no space in dorms, and because it is such an old house, the hot water sometimes fails. Moreover, there are only two showers for 42 guests... The description of the hostel on the internet is slightly misleading as it creates the impression of a new and modern place which it isnt. |

Customer reviewThe rooms were comfortable and the location was good. However, the staff were overly concerned about saving money on energy expenses. We would have rather paid more and been reprimanded fewer times! |

Customer reviewThe atmosphere of hostel is in accordance with the Valparaiso: the house, acomodations, like a home, as well Ricardo, the owner. He is very nice, his organization is incredable, such as his informations about good places to know in Valparaiso and places near there. I intend to come back there, surelly! |
