From Valparaiso's bus terminal, located in front of the National Congress building, take a bus on Av. Pedro Montt towards Plaza Victoria. Get off at Plaza Victoria and locate a huge department store called Ripley. Behind the store, locate the entrance to Espíritu Santo

Elevator which will take you up into Bellavista Hill, once you get off the elevator you will be in the middle of the open air museum. Walk straight and up the stairs and you will arrive at Héctor Calvo Street, make a left and half a block uphill you will see the yellow walls of Hostal Caracol.
