Liked: the staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was the best we have had in Chile (even eggs), the rooms are big and confortable

Disliked: the building is very old and obviously there are mice living between the walls. One can easily hear them at night. We havent seen any, but hear them vividly every night.

Liked: This is not so much a hostel, but a friendly family atmosphere with lots of students and locals living in the rooms as well. It is great value for money and a great place to meet some new people and practice Spanish! We felt so welcomed here and made some great new friends.

Liked: The staff were very friendly, this was not a party hostel but still a diverse group of guests and a nice place to meet people. It was a comfortable room, a great breakfast and it was a great location for what we wanted.

Liked: The price was unbeatable if you just want a decent room with a TV to sleep. There are no extras, and no heat, but the room was large, clean, well lit, and we had plenty of blankets to keep warm and hot water. Bring bathroom tissue & soap.

Liked: The rooms were large and had cable tv and wifi. However there were only 3 bathrooms, which were not clean and the bed linen didn't seem too clean either. But i guess you get what you pay for- its a pretty cheap way to spend a couple of nights.

Liked: The owner could not speak any English at all (which is fair enough, being in South America!), but it did make it very difficult for us to ask for anything... The hostel is basically a family´s house, which makes for a nice stay, but can be a bit strange at times!

Liked: The owners are extremely nice and helpful. It is very spacious, the rooms are big, the common area is huge and the kitchen is excellent equipped. It is also very close to the bus station, so no need to walk far with all the luggage. There are nice and cheap bars and eateries close by. Recommended.
