Overview
The house, recently restored, was built in 1925. It is located in Subida Cumming at the feet of Alegre and Concepción Hills, close to restaurants, bars, Victoria railway, Ex-carcel Cultural Center and 2 blocks from downtown.
Our house is situated in a great central location, close to restaurants, bars and tourist places in Valparaiso.
We have 1 dorm and 8 double rooms with comfortable beds and shared bathrooms.
we have a fully equipped kitchen, towels, cable TV in rooms, internet and Wi-Fi connection, bed linen & towels available for our guests.
