Apart Hotel Loft La Matriz is a house declared national historic monument, located in the area where Valparaiso was founded, to the side of church La Matriz. At only 5 minutes on foot is pier Muelle Prat, Plaza Sotomayor, Monument to the Heroes of Iquique, funicular Artilleria, and at a few steps from the trolley stop. 7min from Cruise Passengers Terminal and Bus Terminal; the house of Pablo Neruda it is at 10 minutes by bus O, that stops one block from the hotel. There is a supermarket almost in front of us, and inside there is an Automatic Teller Machine (ATM), from where to get cash from your card
The Loft rooms, modern and functional, have an area of 35 to 40 sq. mts. Each room in two floors have equipped kitchenette, private bath with shower, hot water. Internet WI-FI (not computer). Free use of washing machine (not dryer) in common area.
