Liked: Good showers and bathrooms, spacious rooms (we got a 4-bed room all to ourselves). Good location, easy to find.

Disliked: The only person we ever met at the hostel was a Spanish-only speaking lady. We never met any other guests or staff members. We're still not sure if she told us this or not (as we don´t speak the language, only Swedish, English, French and German), but they locked the gate at some point during the night, forcing us to climb the fence in order to get back in. Had we been aware of this, would we obviously have made arrangements with the staff in question, as they saw us leaving in the evening.

Liked: I liked the size of the rooms and the cost. The breakfast was good with yogurt included. There was no wifi and the computer would not go online. Luckily, there is internet available (cheap) in the nearby supermarket.

Liked: The wonderful breakfast makes up for the slight tiredness of the fixtures and fittings. Fantastic location between Valdivia's sights and the bus station.

Liked: Good breakfast, excellent supermarket across the road. Good for couples wanting a bit of privacy, not much for the solo traveller.

Liked: Good Value for money but lacks atmosphere - however I was there in winter so its hard to judge. Its lacked that homely feel that some hostel have though.

Liked: This hostel had good breakfast, great beds and a comfotable common area. I was also impressed that the landlady prepared breakfast for us earlier than normal when we had to leave for an early bus.

Liked: Friendly staff, and very clean. The breakfast was lovely, and there's a nice guet lounge, with a TV with lots of channels. But the dorm doors did not lock, and although there was a kitchen available, it was normally too busy to use!

Liked: The women who run this place are very helpful and were very good with helping us with a spanish (or lack of). It was great atmosphere and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean. The hostal itself is a old but the main thing is it was clean, comfortable and cozy.

Liked: It was wonderful, more like a home than a hostel. Its run by a gaggle of lovely ladies, who are all very kind, interested and helpful. It is all spotlessly clean. Breakfast is served in a lovely sunny room upstairs. Its across the road from a fantastic supermarket, and only a few minutes from either the bus station or the centre of town

Liked: The owner Mrs singing lady was a joy to be around i cant thank her enough!! We also were asked to join her friends on our last night for a bbq & whisky......what a great evening, thanks again
