About Rado Hostel
This is one of the most charming and interesting areas of Santiago. Originally a well to do neighborhood, has transformed itself into the center of cultural, culinary and night life of the city.
The 4 story building is fully remodeled. All our furniture, equipment, accommodations, lights, etc. etc. have been thought of taking into account the needs of the traveler. All of our windows are thermo panel, and central heating has been installed in all private and common areas.
Considering the safety of our guests, we have installed a CCTV system, RF locking system for all bedrooms and safety deposit box in lobby and all private rooms.
H RADO has a fully equipped kitchen, Cable TV and LCD TV’s in common areas and double rooms. We have free internet and a great Computer room overlooking the terrace and San Cristobal hill.
From our 130 square meter terrace our guests have a privileged view of Patio de Bellavista and its night life, the mountains and San Cristobal Hill.

This is one of the most charming and interesting neighborhoods in Santiago. Originally an aristocratic residential area is now the center of nightlife and cultural activities of the capital. Bellavista has undergone a very positive renovation over the past 10 years. Today is the gastronomic, cultural and night life area with the greatest offer in the city. Close to Rado Hostel, you will find over hundred restaurants, theaters, pubs and clubs for all tastes. This is a neighborhood that has much to offer for people of all ages. There is very affordable eating places and also some of the most exclusive restaurants in the country.
In Bellavista you will find several of the favorite Pubs and Clubs for Santiago locals which will also cater very well to tourists. You can find places to listen to very good live music, as well as electronic music and even places to go salsa.
Bellavista is renewed day by day but keeps its identity. A few years ago "Patio de Bellavista” opened its doors. In it, dining, cultural and tourist activities converge. It has over 80 different places, including a jazz club, a theater room 16 Pubs and Restaurants. It also has several jewelry stores, art galleries, artisan shops and more. In "El Patio" you will find all you need to spend one or more nights without forgetting the Bohemian essence in which is located.
