 The hostel is in a beautiful old building right in the centre of santiago. It is super handy for those wanting to skype home, be close to all transport and sights have a fantastic view over the Plaza. The dorms are a little big for my standards, too many people in a room, but i guess you have the choice of smaller rooms, too.

The staff were brilliant, even when had massive hangover and missed breakfast at 11, she knocked on my door and brought breakfast in bed, very helpful with others things to, the location was good, and the hostel has television with English channels and comfy beds. Really good place!!!!

Excellent location. Booked two rooms as we were with friends and found we had a suit with living room, kitchen, TV, internet and balcony over the Plaza del Armas all to ourselves. Best hostal experience and value in Chile.

Very Good!! Downtown like this is imposible!! Just one problem with the car, U$14,00 day in the public parkings, the unic option.

The view of the plaza is incredible plus the staff are helpful and always avaliable for any problems, advice etc

definately the staff they are really special... i only stayed one night and they all went out of their way completely... but also the great location for a cheap price

This is the best hostel ive ive stayed in, apart from the stunning view of the main square of Santiago the staff were just amazing and helped with everything from tourist info to which mobile network was the best! really pretty and clean and a really nice place to just hang out!

clean bathrooms, comfy beds.
location gets old after a while. plus, the walls only go halfway to the ceiling...the rest is covered by a sheet or nothing at all. so it can be a bit noisy. Overall, the hostel isnt bad at all, i would stay here again.

Good location, helpful and friendly staff - very sympathetic to those of us who speak poor Spanish!! Definitely would recommend this hostel.

Completely central location as it is right on the plaza de armas, the hostel was very laidback, a funky layout and flexibility to do what ever you wanted! definitely recommended!!

Definetly the best hostel i ve been i south America. Their cannot be another choice if you go to Santiago. The location is unbeatable and the breakfast....really really good. A very chilled, clean hostel. You will enjoy your stay.

This hostel was amazing in terms of location and value for money. The staff were so helpful and all spoke very good English. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Has a great look out over Plaza de Armas, very beautiful at night. Helpful 24-7 staff. Only con was room was right next to lounge so didn´t get much sleep.

We love everything about this hostel!!! Location, atmosphere, views from the balcony, semi-private kitchen and lounge room, excellent breakfast, free wi-fi. Best hostel ever! Get a private room in the apartment section, it's incredible.

This is an excellent hostel... the staff are lovely, the location is perfect with great views and a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. But bring earplugs if you want a good nights sleep.

everything, helpful staff, brilliant location, really clean and airy. probably one of the best hostels weve stayed at and weve been traveling for a year now. completely recommend it!!!

The seperate double rooms off the main hostel were excellent, really private and quiet with their own kitchen and lounge, plus a brilliant balcony with a view over the plaza. Ask for Room 8, really really nice.

Very clean and modern, awesome views, close to all museums and galleries.
Really good brekfast. Staff really friendly, sorted out taxi´s to the airport. One of the best hostels I´ve ever stayed in.
