Liked: Centrally located and very friendly staff available 24 hrs. Staff even help with Spanish translation! Very nice appointed double room, lots of kitchen facilities and clean environment.

Liked: Great views across plaza. Good, central location next to metro. Not a noisy hostal but walls very thin so hear everything. Also top section of walls is glass to bring in natural light but means you have no control at night of light. Still great place for a short stay in Santiago.

Liked: the location is absolutely amazing!! with balconies overlooking the plaza the armas, you feel like you`ve checked in to the ritz or something... everything is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Liked: big lockers with keys included, bright and very very clean, hair dryer in bathroom, very central location, lovely staff. Gave good report of services available because the internet was very ofetn free and was very fast although there was no bar or restaurant... plenty of food stalls at your door though. Only problem was open plan layout.... very noisy at times.

Liked: Good location, great if you want to party but not if you want to sleep. Bright lights for most of night. Loud music played after 11pm at night.

Liked: We arrived at 7am after an overnight flight & even though our room wasn't availabe, without even asking for it the guy on the front desk showed us to a room where we could sleep until our room was ready. After a sleepless night we really appreciated it. Also the location is fantastic, looking right over the main square.
