If you arrive by airplane, and you say "take me to the Plaza de Armas, to the Portal Fernández Concha building", (Compañia street 960, 6th floor) every taxi driver will know how to get here, and they will charge you about $10.000 chilean pesos, or 15 USD.
You can also take a Bus called "Centropuerto" (cost arround USD 3) and get down at Los heroes metro Station. Take Metro towards Plaza de Armas Station (Line 5 green) and ask for the Portal Fernandez Building, take the elevator and get off on 6Th floor. Ring our bell.
If you want a Transfer bus, go to TUR TRANSFER company the same than the bus company TUR BUS, they charge you arround 8 USD or $4.100 pesos, you can call them from anywhere to arrange it , its the safest and fastest way to get to our hostel.

If you arrive by bus, all terminals are near a metro (subway) station, and you will not take more than 15 min to arrive to the PLAZA DE ARMAS METRO STATION, where we are located. Then in the plaza you will se the last floor of the buildings here and the one who has an statue of a virgin in the center, that is our hostel.
