Liked: Nice social area, good location near to subway stops and able to walk to lots of good places. Big comfy beds, lockers under the beds. A perfectly decent place to stay a few nights, breakfast was OK with fresh bread and jam/cereal. Good size decent pool table and a small yard out the back.

Disliked: The ladies shower block was in a state of repair so the plug didn't drain and bits of grouting floating around in the shower! Hopfully this looks like it will be fixed at some point. Not much space around the beds if the dorm is full.

Liked: Easy to reach from Metro, friendly helpful competent staff, extra good breakfast.

Disliked: Bathroom light did not work. Free beer offered at check in was not on premises and waitress at nearby cooperating cafe did not tell me the cupon was good only on tap beer until I had ordered and poured a bottle beer.

Liked: The stuff, they are friendly and helpfull. When I was moved out of my room due to urgent maintance works to be done where I was originally located I got compensate with a better and spacier room for three days.

Disliked: The organisation leaves room for improvement. The breakfast room is terrible and the breakfast is below average standard. And the WiFi switches off for several minutes each - what makes me very happy after 50 minutes file upload (=70%)

Liked: o atendimento é bom

Disliked: o quarto feminino é bom mas o misto parece uma senzala. chuveiro frio (no inverno!!!) entre outras coisas. pior albergue que já fui.

Liked: I felt very safe and the staff were extremely helpful. Also, it is in a busy, safe, convenient neighborhood.

Disliked: Uncomfortable pillow, but really, that's just to complain

Liked: Excelente estadía, me quedare mas dias aca, el area es muy linda, puedes sentirte tranquila cuando sales de noche, la casa es espaciosa los chilenos muy amables y el staff es genial. Santiago es una buena opción para conocer. Providencia el mejor lugar para estar.

Disliked: Todo esta perfecto.

Liked: Was not clean andwithouth a heather un the room. Extremly cold. I came on saturday night waiting a big party or something like that, cause they have 100% in fun, but nothing, the hostel was half empty and they didnt organice anything. I would try another option in santiago.

Liked: The atmosphere is good and the location is excellent close to all major sights and the metro. I wanted to have a private bathroom and paid around 30 EUR per night which is quite expensive compared to other places where I stayed. Overall, I recommend it because of its great location, helpful staff and the people you meet there.

Liked: Tout ! Un grand merci à l'équipe! J'y ai dormi à plusieurs reprises entre le 20 janvier et le 18 février, j'y revenais après mes ascensions dans les Andes (notamment l'Aconcagua), ce fut toujours avec le plus grand plaisir. (Je comprends mal la question 6, j'ai répondu "oui" puisqu'il faut un choix, mais que signifie ici "plébiscite" ?)

Liked: Great hostel, really helpful staff...they will organise all the tours for you, rooms cleaned daily, free wifi, good breakfast...what more can i say!

Liked: The Hostel is very new with a great TV, Music Listening, Computer Room. A good place to chat with other travelers in a nice convenient neighborhood.
