Liked: Felt very welcome here. It is such a great place. I had a great time with the people I met here and with the staff. Bruno and Mariana were simply amazing. If you are looking for a good time and a place to feel completely and totally welcome in Santiago, this is the place.

Liked: Everything!!!The staff was super friendly. This is a big family not just a hostel. I lived Beautiful moments there.

Disliked: Perhaps more bathrooms, but I guess it is better to stay at home if you are looking for luxury.

Liked: Good location

Disliked: Very noisy place and hard to sleep. Only area to sit is the smokers section which is very unpleasant for non smokers. Bathrooms not very clean.

Liked: A good point was the location, very central.

Disliked: The rooms were cramped & beds too squashed together. Not much room then for rucksacks etc. Also the bunk beds were really rickety. I have stayed in better hostels for the money, in Santiago, so wouldn't recommend this one.

Liked: Location, location, location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a great place to meet other people.

Liked: super comfy beds with nice linen. friendly and helpful staff, a peaceful and nice hostel.

Disliked: no bar, no free beer & its kid friendly.

Liked: Good location and good beds

Disliked: The environment felt really shady, I'm not sure if it was just the type of people staying there at the time, but I didn't feel very comfortable hanging out there.

Liked: Un très bon hotel, en plein centre de santiago. Il est proche de toutes le commodités. Le staff est ok.

Disliked: Un peu bruyant dans la chambre du bas près de la réception...

Liked: dorm room was spacious. I only stayed for the day but had to pay full rates, which wasn't a problem. I arrived early in the morning, and the staff member on duty was the least friendliest staff member at any hostel i have encountered, and i have stayed in 3 other hostels in Santiago on previous visits. I think because i woke him up, but it still made me feel uncomfortable. Everyone else was fine. It seems like a great hostel, social, and a good layout. I was just unfortunate to run into a grumpy guy. Great value for money, one of the cheapest in Santiago.. I would stay again if the grumpy guy wasn't there!!

Liked: Located in a beautiful building, staff were very friendly (albeit with very little English, and I had no Spanish, but still went out of their way to help with everything). Rooms were clean, very comfortable, if a little squashed. Free beer was definitely a plus (in the bar area, which literally holds about 4 people!). Felt a little cliquey, but I'm sure that's only because it seemed as though every other guest was from a Spanish-speaking country. Having said that, everyone was friendly, and I'd definitely recommend staying here, especially for the price (paid 7 euro)

Liked: Amazing Location for EVERYTHING! Nice Staff! Clean, simple, comfortable rooms.They could use an extra fridge! But that is only a suggestion...No Complaints.

Liked: This place was one of the best we stayed in. We met some great travellers there as well as the staff. Louis rocked!!! Feed the chickens Louis!The dorms, although huge were really spacious and the beds were comfortable. Its also great that it has a kitchen and FREE BEER!
