Liked: The rooms were very basic and boxy but clean. There were no heaters so it was pretty cold at night. Free kitchen and internet though.

Liked: Great place to stay in Santiago. Location is great and the people the most frindly we´ve found in a while! rooms are really, have TV and the beds are very confortable. Kitchen is fully equiped too.

Liked: Staff was great, good location, near the metro and the bus lines, lots of food, laundry, and entertainment nearby.They shutdown the main room around 1-2 am, which limits your ability to hang out there late, especially after a night out, and the wi-fi only works in the main common areas, not in your room. You can come and go at any time, but after 2am you're only option is bed, which can be a real bummer.There's not necessarily power outlets in your room, especially if you're in a single or double, which makes charging laptops and cellphones awkward. I didn't have one in mine, and had to run a long cord underneath my door and across a floor where people could trip on it (I only did this late a night).Highly recommended, good place to use as a base to see central Santiago.

Liked: good location. nice, but small common areas. staff seemed more concerned about their comfort and fun than that of the guests. Decent place, but don't expect them to provide the fun.

Liked: This place is excellent. really good central location and great value for money. staff were always helpful, especially the owner guy who told us all about the cool things to do in the city and where to eat etc. he also was really keen to make sure you got a taste of the real chile, not just the tourist stuff. free internet, kitchen and lovely outside courtyard. huge tv with lots of dvds and comfy sofas. bright and clean place with comfy beds. absolutely no complaints. stay here!!!!

Liked: Terrific staff, a nice homey atmosphere and lots of socializing. The location is very convenient and is within walking distance of major sights. Superb value!
