Overview
ATACAMA STUDENT HOUSE is a comfortable, inexpensive and safe choice for tourist. It is located in the heart of Providencia, close to the main universities, the Parque Bustamante, metro stations and bus stops.
This residence is located in the Heart of Providencia, the most quiet neighborhood in Santiago. Our location is perfect because it is close to the universities, the Parque Bustamante, metro station and to the buses.
Our house has been completely renovated and is a pleasant place to live and to satisfy the student’s needs.
We have Internet and WIFI throughout the entire house and also a fully equipped kitchen.
We offer 12 nice single and double rooms. Prices range from 130,000 to 180,000 Chilean pesos per month. Our rates are great.
In the house you will have a friendly atmosphere where you will feel like you are at home. You can invite friends, but please respect the privacy and space of your housemates. There is no time restriction, you are free to come and go as you please because you have your own key.
We have laundry services, telephone, fax and we have onsite a fulltime staff member to help the students become oriented with the city.
