Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff - made you feel relaxed and comfortable. Lovely common area. Lovley courtyard. Very knowledgeable staff too.

This was an awsome place to stay, great location, friendly laid back staff and heaps of stuff happening. Plus it was close to tourist attractions and nightlife. Staff were happy to help with any requests. Also amazing HOT water.

Location is perfect: near the subway and in a very nice area.
But the best, the staff of the hostel. Unbelievable amazing and taking care of every single thing. They are just great.

it is a very clean place, very well located and the staff is very friendly and helpfull, it was a great desicion to visit santiago and stay in this neighborhood is sorrounded by bars restorants and pubs. congratulation guys excelent hostel!!!

The best hostel that I have been in South America.
The hostel is set in one of the best areas of the capital, bars, restaurants and discoteque at short walking distance.
