Liked: We stayed in one of the apartments and it was amazing! Great value for money - clean, modern with use of all of the apartment block facilities (gym, pool, laundry).

Liked: everything you need is right here. The staff is really helpful! the house is well situated and nice on the inside.

Disliked: when you check in a 2pm it could get a little busy and only one person is here.

Liked: We stayed in one of the apartments for 2 nights & a double rm in the hostel for 1 night. Both were great. The hostel is in a nice area of the city and right next to a metro stop. There is a nice lounge and pool table area, a good kitchen and excellent breakfast. A small book exchange, but better than nothing. The apartment was modern, clean and a good size. The double rm was also a good size and had everything you'd need. The staff were friendly and helpful

Disliked: nothing really. the apartments are perhaps a little bit far from the hostel - only a 5 min walk, but it discourages you from going to use the hostel facilities, but then you don't really need them as the apartment has everything you need!

Liked: The apartments were great! I didn´t expect to get so much! There was a couch, pool, huge bed, kitchen... just great!

Liked: Spacious dorms with huge lockers and good quality beds. Excellent breakfast. Central location. Friendly and helpful staff, especially in the well equipped kitchen. Overall very good value. Don´t even have to clean the free breakfast dishes!

Disliked: Dropping money belt in shower as there are no hooks or benches to put stuff on within shower. Room let through a fair bit of noise especially on Karaoke night. Winery tours to Maipo valley are a bit pricey.

Liked: I strongly recommend the hostel. The Friday night they have a karaoke-night! A very good chance to meet new people! Good time there!

Liked: Location is very good, dorms are spotless and have good lockers. Kitchen is pretty good.

Disliked: People smoking in the lobby/common area would be a major drawback for me. This is illigal im pretty sure. The no smoking sign was certainly ignored. Please consider the 75% of us who dont smoke.

Liked: We were fortunate enough to be moved to one of the private apartments, which was only a short walk from the main hostel. The apartment was amazing, very modern and well worth looking into.

Liked: I had been in a apartment. The apartment is very good and very quiet to sleep. The location is very good because have bars, metro, pharmacy and supermarket very close.

Disliked: The apartment needs a curtain to avoid the light.

Liked: Rallye nicepeople I have met there! The common room next to the reception has a quite relaxed atmosphere.

Disliked: No cheese or sausage 4 breakfast,but rest was ok!

Liked: The staff are very helpful and friendly! And the location is exceptional as the metro is right across the road you can walk to most places or jump on the metro.
