Liked: Before booking at this hostel, we reviewed all the ratings to make sure we were staying at a decent place. I can not say enough about this hostel; we were there for 4 days and had an unbelievably awesome time. Pancho and the rest of the staff are super friendly and helpful. We basically sat down with Pancho as soon as we got there, told him what we wanted to do and he organized all of our tours for us; we didn't have to worry about anything. I've stayed at a several hostels over the years and this is by far the best one!!!

Liked: Great place, very close to the main street in san pedro (but not noisy!). WE stayed in a private bedroom with a matrimonial bed (very good one!). They do have internet for free, and Pancho (the host) was very helpful. The only bad thing is that our window was very close to the yard and sometimes we heard people chating late at night. Anyway, I do recommend it.

Liked: A nice place to stay, close to the center. Pancho does everything to make you happy the days you stay there. The beds are very comfortable and there is a hot shower. The only thing which could make this place from very good to great is WiFi and maybe a heater in the rooms. But warmly recommended!

Liked: They are expanding, and the only common area was the reception area, dominated by a television and a sullen owner. The outdoor space is limited to two tables sandwiched between the hostel and a fence. The dorm rooms are among the most expensive in town, with the least to offer.

Liked: Pancho was helpful booking tours. Hostel is close to main st. Clean kitchen and rooms however i got bed bugs the first night.

Liked: The guy looking after the place for the owner while we were there was an invaluable source of knowledge about San Pedro, Bolivia and Peru. He gave us recommedations for trips and the salt flats 4X4 tour. This was great as we had heard lots of bad reports on companies.The hostel was relaxed and clean, could do with another bathroom though, but it wasnt a huge issue. The kitchen was also good.

Liked: This is a fantastic hostel. They have close affiliation with an excellent tour company that can offer brilliant tours of all of the local sights. English speaking guides are guaranteed and pick ups are from the door. The booking is done by the chaps in the hostel, they are extremely helpful.Nicholas in particular is a fantastic asset to the hostel and helped me out immensly with translation as I had to liaise with the Chiliean police after an incident in Santiago.Clean, friendly and a lovely place to stay. Highly recommend it.Julie Emmings

Liked: Great location just off the main street. Small hostel with great hammocks out the back.Loads of hostels in san pedro which from the outside appearance may be better but do not feature on hostel bookers

Liked: Great place to stay. The owner is very helpful. Even went to the medical clinic with me! Was a backpacker himself so knows what kind of information you need. There's a computer with free internet. Everything is very clean. Definitely recommend staying there!

Liked: Extremely clean and tidy. Very cloce to the main road. Helpful info when Pancho was around. Not much of an atmosphere but it is in the middle of the desert. Definately recommend the Salar de Uyuni trip, it was fantastic!!

Liked: Excellent hostel with everything to offer. The owner, Pancho is extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions you have and help with tours and things to do. Would definately recommend for anyone to stay here! Its like a home from home!!!
