I´ts a small hostel run by a lady in her house. She speaks pretty good English and is willing to help with anything you need whether it´s calling up places to arrange travel or just showing you places to go.

A great place to meet other travelers coming / going to Torres del Paine. Teresa was incredibly helpful ... booking taxi/transfer reservations and giving suggestions for places to visit & eat in Punta Arenas. I would definitely stay here again.

This hostel has a real home atmosphere. The owner, Teressa, will treat you like one of her own. The breakfast was specially amazing: pancakes with homemade ruibarbo jam, plus juice, coffe, bread, etc. The downside is the location: It's a 15' walk to the plaza de armas (the town center), and the neighbourhood is not the kind of place where you'd like to be alone at night.

The lady who owns the place is amazing. So nice and extremely helpful. She knows anything and everything about the area and where to go, and when to go. Shared bathrooms are large and clean.

Its a bit hard to rate this place, as you are basically staying in Teresa´s house. So it isn't as flash and well equipped as a hostel but it more than makes up for it with character. Teresa is fantastic, she found a nice little restaurant for us to have dinner at, then called the airline to check our flight time for us. Its just like staying at your Grandma's!

The owner Teresa was kind and knowledgeable. I got sick when I was there and Teresa took me to the emergency room, stayed by my side while I was getting IV, then took me home, settled me on the couch and made me tea. She also helped me and other guests plan our trips and knows the town very well.
