 Its a bit hard to rate this place, as you are basically staying in Teresa´s house. So it isn't as flash and well equipped as a hostel but it more than makes up for it with character. Teresa is fantastic, she found a nice little restaurant for us to have dinner at, then called the airline to check our flight time for us. Its just like staying at your Grandma's!

The owner Teresa was kind and knowledgeable. I got sick when I was there and Teresa took me to the emergency room, stayed by my side while I was getting IV, then took me home, settled me on the couch and made me tea. She also helped me and other guests plan our trips and knows the town very well.

Teresa is a lovely lady. Very motherly. You feel as though you are living in her home for a couple of days.

The owner, Teresa, met us at the bus station which was a really nice touch and she was very helpful and friendly.

The best thing about this place is the lovely lady who runs it. She makes you feel really comfortable. It is a warm hearted little place and you might even get apple strudel cake for breakfast!

What a warm and friendly welcome! This Hostel is homely, and the people are really helpful.
Clean bathrooms, kitchen and common room, internet for free!!!

teresa the host is a very freindly and helpful lady with good english and a nice cuppa on arrival. Bed was very comfortable and the feather down pillows were a hit

Teresa, the woman who owns the hostel is brilliant! She is so nice, nearly like a mother to all the guests! The place is clean, warm and homely. I really liked Hostel Costanera!

The lady of the house is a really sweet person. She really makes it your home when you are from home.
It's only a little far from the centre of Punta Arenas, but we think it is worth it...
