Liked: Claudio, the receptionist is very helpful. He can organize your trips and attractions, and helped with bus tickets and hostels in Puerto Natales, our following destinations.
Disliked: The hostel was somewhat unclean, and the worst part was to take a shower in extremely cold water, especially after coming back from a very cold day in the penguin island.

Liked: Nothing at all...
Disliked: The kitchen is almost unusuable, cats lives inside and disgusting... 1bathroom, almost disgusting... The poor breakfast was taken on the table on the previous night...

Liked: very cheap. clean rooms and facilities. even including breakfast
Disliked: Regarding the price, there is nothing to dislike about the hostel. The only thing is the fact that there were many islaeli guests with really bad manners (like leaving the door open while peeing, not cleanig up their own mess)

Liked: Fairly clean etc, and cheap. But rather shabby, and none of the bathroom doors lock. Staff not often around.

Liked: the staff is GREAT, really amazing people. the atmosphere is warm, feels like home. bus tickets, activities and transportation are avialable at the reception. the best place to stay in punta arenas!
