Liked: Very friendly family, including the dogs! Love this place. Wish I could stay for another night but they are full....that tells you how popular this place is. Very clean bathroom and best kitchen I had!! Enjoy your stay here!

Liked: One of the best breakfasts in all our hostel stays in S. America. Every morning there was a special item added to the breakfast (ie, creeps, omlettes etc.). Very helpful staff. Clean and secure. I would definatly stay again.

Disliked: Only one bathroom so you might have to wait.

Liked: Nice, clean, comfortable, super friendly owners and great breakfast! They organized our trip to Torres del Paine for us, made it all super easy!

Liked: The Hostel is owned by a German/Chilean couple who speak perfect English which makes it extremely helpful when you are trying to book excursions in Patagonia. We emailed in advance of our arrival asking Seb if he could help us book the bus to Puerto Natales and then on to Torres Del Paine, the answer came back quick and fast just saying it was all confirmed. Although we didn’t use the Hostel for booking the rest of our trip in hindsight we would have, it would have saved a lot of trouble! The Hostel has four guest rooms, a kitchen which you can use, living area with TV and book exchange and free wifi. Whilst only there a night we were made to feel welcome and invited to join Seb’s family for a bbq in the evening. The rooms are of an average size with lots of warm bedding which is a necessity in Patagonia! There are two guest bathrooms which makes it nice and easy in the morning if you need to get off quickly for a bus. Clean, friendly and extremely helpful hostel would recommend!

Liked: Very friendly and helpfull owners. German/Chiliean owners. Warm, cosy house. More like a B & B. Clean, gd facilities. Recommend ++

Disliked: Use womens bathroom for showers, as mens shower small and drain gets clogged.

Liked: Owners were very hospitable, with good advice, offering to book taxi etc. Common area had a really welcoming feel. One big breakfast table with genuinly good breakfast - all the usual stuff but fresh, drip filter coffee plus hot fresh pancake.

Disliked: Most (or may be all) the bedrooms are twins, we would have prefered a double, but a minor comment and would definatly stay again.

Liked: Marisol and Sebastian, the owners, are really helpful people. The hostal is quiet and the breakfast is good.
