 The daughter was very helpful, she drove us to the airport. The mother washed our clothes very rapidly. We had the impression to be in the family. We don't really speak Spanish but we had real conversations about the life in Punta arenas etc. It was a great place to stay.. and very cheap.

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was very nice having a heater in the room. Lots of blankets are supplied as well.

The family is fabulous, especially the daughter (who will try to talk to you about anything in which you're interested, even if you can't speak Spanish very well)

Very friendly and helpful. Use of kitchen and laundry service. Comfortable rooms and chance to spend time with a Chilean family.

The owners of the hostel are incredibly nice! The only drawbacks were that the accomadations were pretty basic (although for the price paid, it was well worth it) and it's a 10-15 minute walk to the town center where all the restaraunt, etc are.
