Liked: None of the staff at the hostel spoke English, and as we only spoke a little spanish communication was a little hard, however not their fault!! But we tried to make a reservation for when we returned from Torres del Paines and when we did return they had not made the reservation, however the girl phoned another hostel, Hostel Anil and got us a room there, which was really lovely.

Liked: very clean hostel, friendly staff. our room was very small, no windows to open and the beds are not comfortable.

Liked: First of all, the owner is a really nice guy. The place is atended by a family (the grandmather prepares a really great breakfast). And because of the current situation in Chile at the moment (earthquake) they made us a discount because we have to stay there for 4 days! Anyway, really nice place with really nice people.

Liked: The room was basic but very clean (although rather cold in the night). The bed was comfortable, there was small TV and also wifi Internet. There were separate bathrooms for ladies and gents. The kitchen was rather old but it had a stove, kettle and a furnace to warm up the place.The hosts were very nice and helpful. It is a very basic accommodation but nice to stay (unless someone is scared of being in a neighborhood of a cemetery:)

Liked: Very helpful and friendly landlady. Just a few minutes walk into town. Nice breakfast. We're staying there again on our way back through Punta Arenas.

Liked: This was one of the nicest hostels I have stayed at in years. Very clean and atmospheric with an excellent (inclusive) breakfast. Good hot showers, comfortable beds and reasonably close to the town centre. The woman who runs the hostel was extremely helpful and kind and gave assistance whenever i needed it. I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone.
