Liked: The host was fantastic. Very helpful and couldn't do enough to help us book flights and sort taxi's out for the airport.
Disliked: Carmen left no negative feedback.

Liked: free internet, free wifi, best breakfast we had in South America (after visiting Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, and Argentina). The staff is very helpful and friendly, and we would definitily go back if would visit Punta Arenas again!
Disliked: Berend left no negative feedback.
