Liked: THE nice new shower and good bed and towels

Disliked: They want to give us à twinbedded room but we booked à double. In THE end we got THE double. Staff doesnt speak english

Liked: Friendly and helpful, parrticularly when I was unwell. Having asked advice about going to Torres del Paine, they organised stay at hostal in Puerto Natales and paid deposit on Tours, kept my room open for return and only asked for any money when I came to settle up on my final day. They are an old fashioned family run lodging house.
