Liked: A great opportunity to stay in a luxurious mansion and experience a way Chileans leave. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

Disliked: Little bit further from downtown but taxi was cheap ($3) and I didn't mind the relaxing walk along the malecon. For what I've got it was worth it.

Liked: very clean and comfortable. However they charged me again for the hostel bookers fee and claimed that was a booking fee not a deposit on the total amount due.

Liked: Antonio & Flor, the hosts, were just lovely. Some of the rooms are located inside their own house and you become part of the family while you*re staying with them. The rooms and amenities are very clean and nicely set up. The hosts speak English and always have a recommendation for things to do and see. They also helped us in organizing things. Overall, we very much enjoyed the cosy, family-like atmosphere and the friendlyness.

Liked: This place is beautiful. It is set right beside the lake, the rooms are extra clean and are very cosy. The tvs in the rooms have english channels which was a real bonus for us.The staff were very friendly and helpful.We would highly recommend it.

Liked: It was really a small Bed and Breakfast, than a hostel. It was very clean, quite luxurious. The owner was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast included the best home made plum jam I have ever tasted. (And my mum makes very nice jam)

Liked: very clean and nice people but we did not like to pay much more than you said and did not apreciate that in the very nice tiny room, nothing to hang our coats or to put the extra blankets : we had to put everything on the ground or on the TV. we found much better with a gorgeous lake view from the balcony of the room for half of the price !!!!!
