Go visit Carla (our travel manager) at the Austral Glacier Agency for information about the activities that you can do in Patagonia, to purchase tickets, tours or reserve Refugios without paying any comission!!

SINCE 2011-2012 WE ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! NEW LOCATION! A NEW ATMOSPHERE FULL OF PATAGONIAN TRADITIONS!!

Our house recently remodelled and furnished with new beds and all the comforts of home where you can get great nights, sleep to prepare for your trek in Torres del Paine or recover from your last night in a tent. Our quiet living room is the perfect place to organize your pack, compare note with fellow trekkers or prepare for your next destination. You start your day off right with a good breakfast, and feel free to use our kitchen which is open from 9am to 11pm. We also offer free baggage storage as well.

There is a computer available to you as well as WiFi all day. No trip to Patagonia is complete without a visit to Torres Del Paine, the Milodon Cave, Glacier Perito Moreno in Argentina, to name a few, Austral Glacier also has an agency to help you set up tours, reserve accommodation and purchase tickets all though out Patagonia with no additional commission added to your costs! You can see that from breakfast in the morning to organizing the trip of a life time everything is possible...because at Austral Glacier 'you can do it all!'

Accommodation Information

Our warm house has four rooms: one dorm with six comfortable beds and three private rooms with two beds, three beds, and a matrimonial bed. All beds include snug linen.
We have two bathrooms with hot showers, and we also have towels at your disposal if you need them, though they are not included in the price.
Do you have your own transport? Don't worry. We have a big car park for you.

Location Information

NEW ADDRESS: Galvarino 661.We are located in the center of Puerto Natales on Plaza O´Higgins, we are located close to the major bus companies with departures to all stops in Patagonia. Also close by are banks, pharmacies, outdoor stores, the supermarket and mini markets most of which are found on the main streets of Baquedano and Bulnes. You can also find a variety of restaurants serving the regional specialities lamb and king crab! We work together with 'Erratic Rock'
