Liked: Breakfast was nice with homemade jam.
Disliked: The Minute I entered the hostel I was asked what I wanted to do in Puerto Natales and I didn't even have time to put down my backpack. It felt like the owner wanted to sell me more than to give me a place to stay... Also the room had a funny smell that didn't seem to go away eventhough the window was open 24 hours a day.

Disliked: its like staying at someone´s house, with strange family pictures!! dont rent camping equipment there as you can get it half price across the street!

Liked: The family is really nice, the place is clean and close to the center and their tourist agency has a lot of available services. Also the price was really good!
Disliked: It's just place for going to bed at night. Not very lively. I wasn't comfortable sharing the TV and the computer with the family who lives there.

Liked: Good 1st impression when met unexpectedly at late bus, then taken to supermarket to shop in the middle of the night (only in town a few hours), after which required bus tickets were sorted in-house.Unfortunately the place is filthy - rooms and bathrooms apparently never cleaned - and tiny cubicle shower hand-held as broken and hot water ran out. Breakfast very basic, and place lacks any fun - think off-putting to make yourself at home as it is a family home, and people use it as an overnight stop.
