Liked: Easy to find, very clean, good kitchen facilities, able to book excursions if you wish, rent camping gear, bathrooms clean, beds comfortable and easy to meet other travellers. Free wifi and internet is nice. Also close to downtown (although everywhere is close to downtown in P. Natales). Good travel advice. I would definitely stay here again, and for the money, a very good deal. Also liked the fact that it is not huge with too many people...very manageable. Breakfast was pretty standard, but ample.

Liked: This is a family run house with a young child so if you mind that you have other options but it does make the house kind of warmer and less commercialised for all of that. The house also has construction of the owner's apartment going on (Dec 2009) which was a little intrusive (circuit breaker trips and a little noise), but not overly so. The breakfast is the usual hostel mix but the owners frequently throw in an extra like scrambled eggs or yoghurts etc. Since you are likely to want a couple of days before and after some trekking at TDP, this hostel is perfect for that. Among other occupations, the owner works at the park and is able to provide first hand advice (and equipment) for trekking at TDP. There are more commercial hostels (like Erratic Rock for instance) that are better geared up, but this hostel is worth checking out too for a warmer homely atmosphere.

Liked: The owner was really helpful, and booked us onto a tour to the national park that evening for the next day. The breakfast was really good with fresh fruit juice (a bit of a novelty in Chilean hostels) and the rooms were clean and tidy. A brilliant little hostel.

Liked: it is a lovely hostal,the staff very friendly and helpful,the guests often didn´t clean their dishes,so the kitchen doesn´t look that nice.Lovely place to stay

Liked: We stayed two nights here before and after doing the W-trek. Fantastic staff (free wine and pisco sour!) and lots of great tips for treking, we also rented all our camping gear from them. The hostel is really warm too.

Liked: My room didn´t have a heater, but it was fine. When the staff were there, they were very helpful and friendly, and even let me stay and use the internet during the evening after I´d checked out.

Liked: I was the only one in the hostel so can´t comment on the ´Fun place to meet people´ section. Christopher was really helpful and knew his stuff as he works in the National Park in the high season.

Liked: Good family run hostel who are very helpful. Can rent camping gear from them aswel. Place is very tidy and clean.

Liked: Very friendly young family run hostel. One minute from bus terminal and centre. Free Internet and pleasant breakfast. Bedrooms are basic 4 per room bunk beds with good bathroom.

Liked: The owners were friendly and it's a nice, newish clean hostel. Breakfast is basic, but pretty good too. If you don't fancy going on a big trek round the Torres Del paine, the hostel can organise a pretty good day tour, where a mini-van takes you round the park. The scenery is amazing. Well recommended if you're not big on hiking.

Liked: Free breakfast. Free wi-fi. You can also book your bus ticket to Torres Del Paine from this hostel for cheaper here. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom and shower are great.
