Liked: Maria is a very welcoming and although we speak very little Spanish and she speaks very little English we managed to communicate quite well. The breakfasts are really good, and it is centrally located. I would definitely recommend this hostel if you want a good, quiet base for arranging a trip to Torres Del Paine or some other adventure in the area!

Liked: everytyhing!! It's hosted by a women and her daughter and they are verry frinedly and helpfull. Their house is very clean and the best breakfast you will never have!!

Liked: Maria and her daughter are very warm and willing to help in everything. They provide a home for the time you stay there.

Liked: They were very helpful at explaining our tour options and breakfast is served at the time you say the night before. Maria herself came to pick us up at the bus stop, which is 2 blocks from the hostel. The only downfall was shared bathrooms but you get what you paid for.

Liked: Good:A warmful guest house that make people feeling like at home.The family is friendly and helpful. The daugther of host can speak some English.They help to book tour and wake the guest up. Bad:The time for using the kitchen is limited.No washing clothes is allowed.No enough holder or space for puting the clothes or things in bathroom

Liked: The hostel was totally ok. But around the corner there was a much better hostel for 5000. I had to pay here 12 000!!!!!! Do the math!!!!Another hostel is called Nancy. Very very very good!!!! Recommend!!!

Liked: Friendly people and homely, note very little english spoken (go to free erratic rock talk at 3pm if you want trekking info). Warm and comfortable bed. Heater in room.

Liked: Maria had obviously put some effort into making it a place for people to stay such as installing hot water boilers to make sure there was plenty of hot water. My room had a double bed and a bunk bed but she only charged me for the single. Great value and great to have a room to myself after a bad journey from Ushuaia. Maria greeted me witha friendly face which i was grateful to see. The place is 2 mins walk fromthe main street and 15 from the port from where I got the ferry to Puerto Montt.

Liked: Not a hostel, rather a "casa de familia", but very good value for money with nice and helpful owners. We had a very nice double room (matrimonial) for a very reasonable price. Would recommend it to anybody who doesn't necessarily want hostel-atmosphere.

Liked: Really friendly staff who booked our bus to Torres del Paine and El Calafate. Laundry service available too. Great breakfast. Very clean.
