Lodging Maria is located in the city center and close to bus stops,to give you a better service,comfort and stay in the city of Pto. Natales. We offer single, double, twin and triple rooms with breakfast. All rooms have linen, towels, heating, two baths to share, hot showers and WI-Fi access.

Offer: rooms single ($12000 clp - p/room), doubles ($16000 clp - p/room), twin ($16000 clp - p/room),triple and this one includes breakfast. The rooms have bed linen, towels, heating with two baths to share and hot water showers 24 hours a day.

From 01/04 to 30/06 and from 01/09 to 30/11
No penalty for cancellation made 7 days before the reservation date.
One night penalty for cancellation made over the limit of 7th day before the reservation date
No-show pay 50% of the total room rate.

From 01/07 to 31/08 and National Holidays, Easter.

No penalty for cancellations made 15 days before the reservation date.
For cancellation after 15:00 before 7:00 before reservation date penalty 1 night
For cancellation before 7gg penalty 50%
No- show penalty 100%

The room rate is free for every children under the age of 2 ( it don’t need extra bed, they can use the normal bed)

All children over the age of 2 using the normal bed (present in the room) pay the 10 % of the room rate including breakfast.
Cradle daily rate is 19eur
Extra bed daily rate is 35eur

* The breakfast consists of: coffee or tea, milk, bread, cereal bar, yogurt, 2 types of jams, butter and juice. (from 06:30 a.m to 10:00a.m)
