Liked: Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nicely decorated room, very clean, and a good bed for a good night sleep. We stayed in one of the upstairs room and we had a very peaceful night, no noise. Nice communal area and good breakfast. We asked for an electricity adapter and we got one with 6 entries, so we could charge all our equipments. An excelent relation between price and quality.

Liked: If you have a car (like we did) this is a fine hostel in a very quite street. The breakfast was ok and available early in the morning. The room (with toilet and shower) was better then average.The walls are thin so we could hear the tv of the neighbors as it was in our room. Through the wooden sealing we could hear every move of the room upstairs. But in the night it was quite.Don't count on the internet pc; it is very (very very) slow, but always free to 'use'.

Liked: This Hostel is very clean, quiet and in a good location for the excellent restaurants in the town. The owner is extremely freindly and helpful. It feels like you are staying in someones house as it is very accomodating and relaxing.

Liked: Very clean, very nice and friendly staff, but very clairaudient. We could hear what the people next to our room were talking, what they did in their bathroom etc.

Liked: Perfect for couples with lovely new clean rooms and sparkling bathrooms, comfy beds, cable TV, good brekkie. We were able to organise our trip trekking in Torres del Paine really easily, especially as Erratic Rock 1 (nearby) has a useful daily hour long briefing sesh at 3pm, and you can hire all the equipment you need from there- just about everything you might possibly need...

Liked: This is within easy walking distance of where the bus drops you off. Great location for getting a good nights sleep if you are not the party type. Only down side if you can call it that is the serious lack of power points in the room. You could only get access to one by unplugging a desk lamp. Other than that a perfect place for a good nights sleep.

Liked: Nice modern hostel, internet facilities either with computer or with wifi. Connection a little bit slow but ok. Clean bed and very nice bathroom. quiet at night, very pleasant. Bad point is the location, who is quite far away from the plaza de armas, 10-15min walk.

Liked: Marcella spoke excellent English and was helpful and fun to talk with. The room was nice, with its own bathroom and TV with cable. Breakfast was good, served in a cheery dining room.
