The hosts were wonderful and the breakfast was amazing. The rooms and cute and clean and modern, a real treat for a reasonable price.

Marcella spoke excellent English and was helpful and fun to talk with. The room was nice, with its own bathroom and TV with cable. Breakfast was good, served in a cheery dining room.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Soft towels (which even expensive hotels did not always have in Chile). Anything not available here, like backpacking advice or rentals, could be found at their other establishment (Erratic Rock I) a few blocks away. The accomodations are basic, but I wouldn't trade this hostel for any other in Puerto Natales.

Great clean new building, nice simple rooms, buena onda (good vibe), really helpful and nice folks. Could have used a more consistent hot water source, but otherwise was great.
