This is no hostel, more of a hotel. Cost was on the high end. Very kind staff and accomodating to our requests. Wifi internet didn't work in our rooms

Nice clean hostel with internet acces,either 2 PCs or with wifi from the room. Rooms are quite small but ok for 1-2 nights, nice breakfast with nice view. It's about 5-10minutes from the center by walk, not a big deal but has to be mentioned.

Wonderful staff. Couldn't praise them any more highly. Went far and beyond the call of duty to make our stay enjoyable.

Location is relatively far from town, up a hill.
Our double room with ensuite was reasonable, clean, and had a TV.
Staff friendly enough, not too much English spoken.
Breakfast is simple - cornflakes, toast, tea/coffee, juice, cold meats.
Internet was good - 2 units, speed was good.
Didn't notice if there was a kitchen or other facilities, staff didn't really give us a rundown of amenities at the hostel.

its very nice and very clean. its only been open for a couple years so it still looks brand new. the atmosphere is great.. although it a few mins from the center its worth it! the staff is great! very helpful and sincere. i would definately stay here again.. wish i could have stayed longer actually! ...

Everything! It is very very clean and friendly. But in this time it was not a partyplace. It is more like a hotel! Very good choice, I can really recommend it!!!

This is more of a hotel than a hostel, several grades above anything else I´ve stayed in. Large comfortable bed, in-room tv, plenty of space, beautifully decorated, satifying breakfast (which included scrambled eggs). Worth going to Puerto Montt just to stay here.

The hostel had a nice vibe and the staff were really friendly and helpful. However, there were very few people staying when I visited which was a surprise as the hostel itself was excellent.
