Liked: It's a very beautiful and clean hostel! Has an amazing view of the volcan and the staff is great! Even if it's not in the main streers, Pucón is a very small city so everything is close and you can go by foot!

Disliked: Nothing! It's one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in!

Liked: I felt like in my own house. The rooms and the house is very confortable and worm. So good.

Liked: Quiet area.

Disliked: Too many rules. You have to pay to use the common areas after check if you are waiting for your bus. If you don't leave right on 12pm they will charge you an additional day. Not very helpful when problems arise. People were told off for cooking fish, people were told off for using the wrong bathroom, etc. Could be really good, but just isn't.

Liked: Ist more a Guesthouse, not a hostel! Its very clean and the owner its a nice guy. Must also say that he is a business man. He offers you tours to a little higher prices but also tells you that this is quality and if you like, you will find cheeper ones in the center.

Disliked: There is just the kitchen to meet people. well, also not that bad, but still if you are alone, mostlikly you will stay alone, its more a couple place!

Liked: O hostel é maravilhoso!! Fomos muito bem recebidos pelos donos os quais foram extremamente atenciosos. Absolutamente tudo é impecável... o colchão, os travesseiros, a roupa de cama... Além da vista do vulcão, diretamente dos quartos. Vale a pena fazer também os passeios com a equipe de guias do German, pois são pessoas extremamente atenciosas e que transmitem muita segurança. Nossa estadia em Pucón não poderia ter sido melhor!

Liked: Lovely view of the volcano, great room with a really comfy bed and cable TV, friendly owner

Disliked: Having to pay to stay on for a few hours after check-in until our bus left!! This has never been the case in any other hostels we have stayed in in South America. Some sort of breakfast would have been nice too.

Liked: Hostel is so clean and has a better livingroom that we have at home - very good with fireplace and Kable TV, free Wifi in the whole hostal !!! ! Owners are very friendly ! Ask them to keep the dogs overnight in their home !AAA - one of the Best so far !

Liked: The great things about the place are the nice rooms, the garden and great views of the volcano. There are good facilities with free internet and book echange and comfortable living room.A couple of things I did not like so much about the hostel was that there was only one bathroom which wasn´t enough for the amount of people staying there. They have a lot of rules such as charging to use the hostel after midday which I have never encountered in 8 months in South America and not being able to have drinks in the living room.

Liked: really friendly and helpfull staff. The rooms are new and very clean. Nice Garden with an awesome view of the volcan! 10 minutes walk to the center. I really recommend this hostel!

Liked: Hostel is not on Brasil street, but on La Rosas further out of town. Not easy to find without an accurate map. No signage on the street. The map of hostel location in Lonely Planet is not accurate. Owners are building a new hostel which is in Basilia street. The hostel in in Las Rosas has a good kitchen, excellent lounge room. Can be noisy if people are in the kitchen later in the evening. Recommended. Staff are very helpful.

Liked: Disappointing that prices for the rooms are higher if you book through Hostelbookers than directly at the hostal. Highly overpriced trips (book your trips in the city). Cabannas are nice, but cold (especially in the morning).

Liked: The Heater does not work property but the other things are perfect ! The staffs are fantastics, very attentive and graceful. The location is not in downtown but they rent bikes which solve it.I recommend for all !!!

Liked: The quiet location and the fact it is not a party hostel. A great place for hostelers over 30 years of age. One complaint is that there was no place to hang clothes for those staying several days.

Liked: This is truly an amazing hostel, the hosts Maria and German are so friendly and helpful at everything you might need. They operate various tours as well, we climbed the Villarica with them and German and his associates are wonderful guides to do it with!The hostel has a good kitchen to cook in, TV with DVD in the living room and 2 internet stations. There´s also book exchange. Oh, and the view is so amazing! You wake up to the sight of Villarica right in front of you! It is a little far away from the center though (10-15 mins easy walk), for us it was an advantage since we wanted to avoid the center noise.
