 Nice staff....extremely small rooms though! Great kitchen and sooo close to the bus station and the action!

Very nice and cozy living room with 2 computers, books, couches and open fire, very good kitchen facilities and bathrooms, big garden. Everything is very clean! Owners are very helpful and friendly! It is a bit far of Pucon center (10 min walk), and you have to pay if you want to use the kitchen and living room on your check out day after 12.

Very clean. Beautiful building and grounds. Not a terribly good place for a bunch of students to go. Very quiet and not too much going on in terms of a social scene. Would be better for older travelers or ones looking for a quiet, peaceful atmosphere.

This hostel is fantastic. Could not find any fault with it anywhere. The view from my bedroom of Volcan Villarrica was magnificent.

really nice wooden building with large comfy beds and rooms. good services on offer from the staff including the volcano ascent. only downside is that there are LOADS of signs saying what you shouldn't do and the cleaning lady is a bit militant

Amazingly friendly owners and staff. Wish we could have stayed longer.Have no worries about recommending this hostel to anyone. Stay here you will love it. We had a picture window overlooking Volcan Villarica .I am sure we will never have a more spectacular view from our bed anywhere else in the world.

All of the staff at this well run hostel are extremely friendly, fun and helpful. The kitchen facilities are good and the garden with views of the Volcano is fantastic.
They cooked a huge meal for everybody in the hostel for Christmas.

Amazig place! atmosphere feels like a home away from home..very warm, clean and cosy and great to meet a whole diversity of people! Good humoured German and his lovely wife make it an amazing stay with great knowledge about the area and activities! Never known another hostel to come an pick its guests up from the bus staion at past midnight.. an with a smile!! and warm welcome!Best hostel i stayed at in CHile!
