It is a very well run hostel with very helpful owners and staff. Very relaxing with a beautiful garden and views.

The staff was very attentive and very helpful. The setup of the hostal mae it very easy to meet other people from various parts of the world which was very enjoyable.

Amazig place! atmosphere feels like a home away from home..very warm, clean and cosy and great to meet a whole diversity of people! Good humoured German and his lovely wife make it an amazing stay with great knowledge about the area and activities! Never known another hostel to come an pick its guests up from the bus staion at past midnight.. an with a smile!! and warm welcome!Best hostel i stayed at in CHile!

Immaculate hoste with housekeepers busy cleaning every day. German´s advice and booking of volcano tour very helpful, and with a good company. Cosy common rooms on cold days and lovely view to volcano.

Very friendly and helpful owners who made it feel like home. They also ran the tour up the volcano which was fantastic with great equipment and guides.

Nice clean rooms (in the garden, where we stayed), although with very thin walls!, very good beds, big garden where you can sit and relax.
