Liked: Offer a better quality of breakfast. Little imagination at present, and a little spartan. They advertise WIFI connectivity, but this has been absent for several months. While there is a PC in the foyer it is slow and not the same.

Liked: The staff must is the first and most important part of this hostel, anything your ask for or enquire about is attended to promptly and with a smile. Special mention to Mauricio who is their "everything-man" and most importantly attends to breakfast. Muchas gracias caballero!!! De parte the amigos Australianos

Disliked: Only thing would be water pressure but i think thats most issues in Chile.

Liked: Clean, very clean. Nice to have our own bathroom but the price reflects this so if you are wanting a few nights to get away from the typical hostal accomodation of Chile, this is perfect but still affordable. Friendly staff and very lovely complimentry breakfasts.

Liked: The welcome, the room, the bed was so comfortable, the bath, the personal touches, it was expensive but you can understand why and after climbing the volcano it was heaven being able to submerge into a bath! The breakfast was the best we have had!
