Pucon is located in Cautín Province, in the Araucanía Region of southern Chile.

It is very easy to find us, as it is opposite the Pullman Bus terminal.

When you are arriving from Santiago, try to book a Pullman bus (which is cheaper than all the other big companies and it is just 5 steps walk to our hostel).

If you are arriving from Puerto Mont/Puerto Varas, Osorno (Bariloche-Argentina) or Valdivia you take a JAC bus. Their terminal is also in the Palguin street and is just half a block from our hostel (walk in the direction of the centre and you can't miss us on the left hand side).

Or when you’re coming from San Martin (Argentina) the most convenient and best bus is the Igi Llaima bus and it arrives in Pucon also just in front of our hostel.
