Liked: I loved the Tree House for its wonderfully helpful staff, friendly atmosphere and comfortable dorms.

Disliked: Just that it´s a little noisy if you like to go to sleep early, but that´s the same with every hostel everywhere!

Liked: atmosphere, friendleness, helpfull hints, possibility to store your stuff when you go hiking in the park, well equiped kitchen and comfortable living, hammocks in the safe garden

Disliked: Only one bathroom with one toilette for many guests

Liked: Very relaxed, nice lounge area. Helpful staff. Decent shower with hot water. Fairly close to the main street. Small but comfortable dorms. Tours offered are good quality.

Disliked: I had a laptop but others should note there are no computers. No breakfast provided. A little on the pricey side. Tours offered are quite expensive.

Liked: Comfortable beds and pillows, nice common areas to hang out, really convenient for the long distance bus

Disliked: Dorm 4 backs right onto a nightclub, so can be noisy at night

Liked: Great location, went white water rafting with their recommendation and it was safe and a good company, was flexible in sorting additional stay, wonderful common room and kitchen facilities. Initial issue with booking room resolved with alternative room and a bottle of wine (I would recommend you email them though once you have booked to confirm its been received) Pucon itself is great, loads to do and the hostel is in the middle of it.

Disliked: Only inconsiderate teenagers in the room next door, but you cant blame the hostel for that and they did shut up when asked...the hostel owner also spoke to them, so full marks for dealing with it.

Liked: Great and very helpful service. The hostel is even prettier than on the photos.

Disliked: Only 1 combined shower and toilet for one double and a 4 bed dorm, so 6 persons but somehow it was ok.

Liked: The staff were very helpful and the style of the hostel was nice.

Disliked: The bunk beds in every room when we expected a double. The lack of a general computer for Internet use was an issue.

Liked: The Tree House was more than we could have imagined! Cristian was an amazing host and we felt very much at home during our stay. He organized a Christmas Eve barbeque that allowed us to meet all of the other great people staying at the Tree House and thoroughly enjoy our holiday away from home. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the resident dogs are charming. Cristian helped us extensively as we planned our trip up Volcan Villarica and also in our travels outside of Pucon. Everyone we encountered at The Tree House was absolutely charming and I would return to Pucon solely just to visit with our new Tree House friends.

Liked: Sara the owner is wonderful. She helped us arrange our trek to the top of the volcano, going to the hotsprings, renting bikes etc. I would say this is the most organized hostel i have stayed at. They make it really simple to arrange excursions etc. There is no breakfast included but there is a nice kitchen to cook in. Beds are comfortable and the location is very close to the downtown area. Sara is wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!

Liked: Christian is very helpful with organizing activities for you. The dogs were amazing...the whole experience was awesome! I will definitely return.

Liked: The atmosphere of this hostel was great, really promotes a friendly social environment. The beds are SO comfortable! Only draw back: there is no heating, and it gets pretty cold. However, they supply you with enough blankets to be warm at night, so not a problem, only when you have to get out of those comfy comfy beds. They also kept the fire stocked in the living area day round, so you can always warm up there.Another plus is the use of the kitchen!
