Liked: It was the cheapest hostel in Pucon

Disliked: - The hosts are NOT attentive. When we arrived there was no staff and no owners, just a guy that lives in the same house. He was friendly and made a little chat with us, but he didn't speak English. When wecame back in the afternoon there were a boy and a girl sitting in de living room watching tv. They looked at us and said "ola" and thats it, so we thougt that were also guests. Next morning there was nobody, not in de livingroom and not at the kitchen. The door was locked, so the guy from the first day helped us to get out. No staff to help us. At the end of our second day we saw that the girl was answering the phone and checked a new guest in, so those 2 were de owners or staff!?!?!? They didn't asked us for passports or paying the room. After diner we have to asked them if we please good pay our bill. The boy didn't no how many nights we staided and what the roomrate was. Weird! So I don't think the owners/staff are friendly or helpfull. - True, the house is surrounded by nature, like the rest of the small town. But the garden is not realy great and behind the house, it's a mess. You watch out over a dirty campingsite. - not a few minutes from centre, at least 15 minutes. - not warm and athmospheric. No other tourist or local people. Every other hostel was fully booked, and this one was empty!!

Liked: The place is close relatively close to the TUR-Busstation, but about 15 min from the centre. The rooms are really good and clean. Downside: The common room ist the living room of the owner as well and when we were there, the room was occupied by the son playing playstation - we went on the terrace and enjoyed the view on the vulcano.

Liked: I felt at home and very comfortable. Everything was very clean and there was a kitchen with dishes and pans to use as well as a computer with internet.

Liked: The hostel and the people working there were very nice and friendly. Good atmosphere. The only downfall is its distance from downtown pucon, but the walk isn't too bad unles you have a ton of luggage

Liked: Jorge was a great help and really made us feel welcome. He spoke English really well and answered all our questions about not just the area but the way of life in Chile. We really got an insight into the way of life in Chile.
