Liked: The owner Yayo is really friendly. The garden is beautiful and the hostel has a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Pisco Elqui is such a small place that it is easy to find the hostel. If you take the bus from La Serena you can either get off at the Plaza and walk or just ask the driver to stop at Callejón Baquedano.

Liked: Spotless room, fantastic garden, good breakfast.

Disliked: The cleaner / helper speaks too quickly... I can't understand a word! But it all worked out fine in the end.

Liked: Great hostel, very nice owner and good location. Has a big yard with hammocks, bbq possibilities to use for anyone and good atmosphere.

Liked: Wow, what a beautiful place! Loved everything about it, the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and the gardens were amazing. The owner Yayo is so funny and helpful and really nice!

Liked: Property has a brilliant outdoor area on a small orchard. Rooms clean and tidy. Great place to relax.

Liked: The place in itself was pretty cool with an outdoor campfire area, however there was no staff around most of the time so we could not use this facility.The rooms are clean and modern.The only drawback of this hostel for me was that there was no communal area with sofas, a tv and no internet as advertised on the site. Just a tini kitchen, one table and thats it! However, having travelled around Chile some more since our stay this does seem to be quite the norm.

Liked: Hostal Triskel was incredibly accommodating. Guests and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I felt completely at home. We had access to a beautiful garden with hammocks galore, a firepit, and an amazing view of the stars, as well as a kitchen for cooking. Staying at Hostal Triskel definitely helped make our stay at Pisco Elqui memorable.
