Liked: Really nothing - only the other travellers were very nice

Disliked: The rooms are loud if they are next to the street ore dark if they are not, the beds are very old and you have to put the sheets on your own. The bathrooms weren't clean and there were not enough of them for all the travellers. I got a confirmation for a female 3 bed female dorm, but after the first night they decided without informing or asking me to take all my gear and give me a 6 bed mixed dorm - bad surprise when Icame back in the evening!

Liked: se encuentra en un lindo lugar de la ciudad y céntrico.

Disliked: nunca supimos quien es el encargado_a del hostel. el staff del hostel parece no estar disponible ni visible, en 3 ocasiones abrí la puerta porque nadie la atendía y nosotros mismos tuvimos que esperar. quisimos preguntar actividades para hacer y no pudimos encontrar a nadie a quien preguntar. el 2do día de nuestra estadía el desayuno no estaba pronto y eran las 8y30 de la mañana por lo tanto tuvimos que salir sin poder desayunar. aunque debo decir que le hice notar esto a una chica que estaba en la recepción y pareció considerar nuestra critica.

Liked: There was a problem when I arrived and the staff attempted to be helpful (although the problem was actually solved by another guest). Nice courtyard. Good location to the town centre. Not amazing but does the trick.

Disliked: The hostel is a while away from the beach, however this is due to the distance of the town itself. Seemed a little disorganised at times. Beds were not that stable, def try and get a bottom bunk!

Liked: The other people staying there were very friendly

Disliked: The hostel staff was not very friendly. More than once they lost the booking of a guest or made they switch rooms. Also the person who was supposedly working at the front desk was never there and the guests constantly had to answer the door and give answers to travelers.

Liked: This place was quite nice and our room came with a heater which was nice. It is a nice distance from town.

Disliked: Was quite far from the beach.

Liked: Fantastic hostel with friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere between all the people staying at the hostel. Fantastic breakfast, hot showers and lots of common space to chill out and relax both inside and out. It is a nice small size so it does not get too loud and makes for a very friendly atmosphere.

Liked: A peaceful, friendly lovely hostel. The place is relaxing, clean friendly and the staff are courteous helpful and really add to the vibe of the place. So nice. I would recommend to anyone... If you want to get away from Santiago this is the place to do it.

Liked: rooms are basic but clean, a lot of room for group activities, equipped kitchen and great atmosphere

Disliked: Wifi didn't work all the time but there is a computer with cable Internet to use if Wifi doesn't work

Liked: Bathrooms were clean.

Disliked: Rooms were dark and dingy. Computer was in the same room with the TV so if someone was chatting via the computer you couldn't hear the TV. Open air kitchen made for an early evening because it was so cold and nothing stayed clean. Good for one night only if you need some place cheap to stay.

Liked: It has a homely atmosphere and very helpful staff.

Disliked: Need to have more bathrooms, Often a queue or all the hot water was used up. Only one shower with hot water!

Liked: The place is very nice, and ideal to make friends. Everything is very colorful and clean, very different from other hostels I've visited.

Disliked: Breakfast wasn't a great deal, could be better, since they offered a very simple one. One day we had stiff bread available.

Liked: I liked aji verde because the staff was really nice, the girl helped me with my excursions and plans for the whole city and wrote everything down, extremely friendly!!! Furthermore I loved the roofterrace, with a view of the whole city. The kitchen is good and the rooms are spacious and have big and good lockers (bring a lock!).

Disliked: I had to wait a long time untill they opened the door, that was at 6.00 in the morning. One shower changes from extremely hot to extremely cold. In spite of that they cleaned the place well every day, there were still a lot of flies..

Liked: The room was very big and clean. Staff was very friendly. There was a heater in the room.

Disliked: Our room was located on the outside, so whenever we needed to go to the bathroom we had to cross the yard, which was freezing in the night. The Wifi didn't work at all during the first day, in the late evening of the second day somehow it was working. But if you have to rely on it to book anything it can be quite frustrating. Bathroom could have been a little more cleaner.

Liked: Staff were helpful. Good internet access.

Disliked: Shower ran cold & then split second of scalding hot. Breakfast very poor, bread roll with jam or some semi-rotten fruit. Dog barking constantly in early hrs.

Liked: Great staff

Disliked: The shower downstairs does not seem to have hot water. The shower upstairs does though, albeit sometimes intermittent. Ditto, the wifi can come and go. No big deal though.
