 Very helpful and friendly staff...value for money...don' t be afraid of the homeless people around...they are harmless!!

very cheap, clean adequate room with basic ammenities; perfect for a stayover
would not recommend to light hearted as you do have to walk through the WORST part of vancouver - but if you are not bothered by this then it's excellent

We had a great stay. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly and we felt safe and well looked after. The location of the hotel is not fantastic, but at no point when you are there do you feel that it is a problem. I went past some of the other hostels in Vancouver that describe their location as good .... I wouldnt of wanted to stay in those!! ... not good! The hotel is clean and great value for money. The bar next door is lively and has great entertainment. the staff are really friendly and food is great. I wouldnt hesitate to recomend this hotel to anyone.

You get a superb continental breakfast - as much cereal/porridge, coffee/tea, OJ, muffins and fruit salad as much you can eat and drink! Very clean. Very friendly, helpful staff. Spacious rooms and TV and ensuite bathroom in each room. Really good value for money

Value for money and the rooms were oke.
The area is a bit strange with al the beggars and drug addicted people. It was no problem for us but we could amagine that people could be feel unsafe on the street.
