Liked: This place is very quiet and clean. There isn't any kitchen, just a fridge and microwave/toaster. It smelled slightly of mothballs, but overall this place is a quaint hostel in the middle of a busy city.

Liked: It was very cheap for a private room. However not a very fun happening place to meet other people.

Liked: Pleasant stay, within walking distance to most attractions, cheap for private doubles, still pretty cheap to grab a private room for yourself. Just don't expect to really meet many people, but the staff were awesome friendly people.

Liked: Great location close to everything. Staff were very helpful but the reception closed at 7pm on a Saturday night and didn't reopen until the next morning.

Liked: I loved the cozy apartment style of the building and how central it was. There was also affordable parking right next door which made life easy. Plus the 3rd floor showers had just been fixed up so they were really nice.

Liked: Clean room, excellent central location for exploring the city. Only issues were lack of a fan in the room, only one set of olets/showers on each level and be aware if about 15 steps leading up into the hote for those travelling with suitcase!

Liked: First room we were given had a broken lock on the window which led out to the fire escape (not good security) but they did eventually give us another room.This hostel does not see your deposit as a deposit but as a fee you pay to hostelbookers. They therefore ensure the ' balance' you pay is the full price of the room. They are effectively expecting you to pay their advertising rather than absorbing the cost themselves. This was dissapointing and different to the practice of most other hostels on this website.Very average place

Liked: The friendliness of the staff was fabolous. The question concerning meeting people and party is difficult for me to answer, because we were two elderly couples who weren't interesting in partying.In fact we stayed 3 days longer than we had booked because we liked the atmosphere and the friendly staff.
