Free wifi, free muffins for breakfast. helpful staff, small dorms. Only bad thing - restrictions on using the washing machines and there was only one washer and one dryer.

large bunks,toilets/showers cleaned regularly.VERY helpful staff.excellent security.large amount of tourist info.FREE tea/coffee/buns at desk.free wireless hotspot.genuine 5 minute walk to train/skytrain.....faster if the pedestrian lights are for you!great bar/restaurant below hostel(malone's)

The staff is very helpful. Excellent location and 90% of the vistors were very social :) and willing to talk.
