Liked: It was very clean and very quiet so there was no trouble sleeping in peace

Liked: Front desk staff were great, so friendly and helpful! Hostel is downtown, you can walk to everything.

Disliked: A bit of street noise on sat night, not too bad though

Liked: the location is good.

Disliked: after many people had shower, the towel for foot is very wet. I hope there are some more towel for foot available. I borrowed a towel from front desk, but it was so bad smell( men's sweat like) even it seems cleaned one. I hope they can clean it more hardly.

Liked: Great location, easy walk to most of the main sights, many restaurants nearby, most comfortable beds I've ever seen in a hostel, clean private bathrooms, nice common spaces.

Disliked: The rooms are fairly small but it had a closet and lockers. Area not the nicest part of Granville but it was completely safe.

Liked: It was withing walking distance of all the places I wanted to go. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The free breakfast filled me up well every morning. The free Halloween gum and candy were fun. I liked having an individual bathroom to myself when I showered.

Disliked: I think using the internet is expensive. I'd recommend having some free minutes available each day or something.

Liked: Very nice staff, fun pub crawl and Granville Island tour. Private bathrooms and the majority of showers i used were good. I asked for a back room and there was not much street noise. Really good free breakfast - usually there are left overs which are available throughout the day. Great locn right in the middle of the entertainment district.

Disliked: No cooking facilities apart from a microwave. Wifi was not very reliable on the third floor but very good service on lower floors.

Liked: Middle of downtown. Very quiet place to be but close to a lot of things.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Location

Disliked: Too many people for an small kitchen/lounge, very bad internet signal. You cannot cook food, 2 microwaves and that's it.

Liked: 2 bed dorms were spacious. Liked how the bathrooms were big rooms with shower and toilet in one so you had a lot of privacy and space. Never had to wait for a bathroom and the hostel was full i think.

Disliked: i think the cleaner opened the door to my room and leftnit open before checkout time. I went for early am bike ride and got back at 10.30am (ckechout at 11) and the door was open with all my stuff still in there. Luckily valuables were in a locker but i was pretty annoyed. I noticed the same had been done with others on other days.

Liked: Great solid comfortable beds that don't squeak or rock when you move. Good size rooms. Super clean. Fabulous breakfast. Great Location.

Liked: Perfect location, close to all attractions. Very clean hostel. 10 min walk to Granville Island.

Liked: Perfect location to go shopping, eating, participate in night life, sightseeing, outdoors adventures and much more!

Disliked: One of the pub crawl nights got a little loud in the middle of the night while we were trying to sleep.

Liked: close to everything. clean toilets and bathroom.

Disliked: cleaners always came in too early to clean the room. Check out is 11am and they were making us leave before then.

Liked: Staff was very friendly, gave directions and help out where they could, even the personal that was cleaning the facility was really nice. Breakfast was really good, a lot of choices. Location is great, you can reach the most interesting attractions by foot.

Disliked: Maybe noisy at night (had a room at Granville Street= the main street) but if you just close the window it's not really noticable.
