Liked: Staff was warm and friendly. Willing to take the time to help with questons or find the answers. The partying was kept under control!! I was very impressed with that. Staff went making certain there wasn't trash thrown about. Was a very good experience for me.

Liked: Good location. Near a grocery store and the library. Easy to get around with out a car. In a safer location of Vancouver, but still in the downtown city. Staff was so helpful and friendly and even generous. Information was handy and helpful. I don't recommend brining your car. Parking cost me 15 a night.
