Luise MichaelIts not the hilton but if you wanna save on accommodation and spend it on booze or tourist things... this is def convenient. Staff were friendly and it was walking distance from the bus station and about a 45minute walk to granville island.. nice views of the parks and the city if its a sunny day!! |

Customer reviewIt is very close to Vancouver Pacific Station (Greyhound, Amtrak, Pacific Coach Lines). There are sketchy characters near the park, but as a lone female, I'd be more afraid of the drunken frat guys hanging out in the clubs and bars. The staff are very helpful, friendly and accomodating, especially Chris. Thank you! |

Customer reviewIt is cheap, that is it. One cultural note: although it is something acceptable in Canada, having a transparent door for the shower in the girl's common washroom may be disturbing for people with other origins. |

Customer reviewvery friendly staff always helping you out. Also the place was just out of town . A nice quiet place. Also the pub next door is very good too. Not much in the kitchen though. for cooking untensils. |

Nicola SandhuI thought this place was totally cool - I was a girl travelling alone, and although the area was a bit dodgy at night, as long as you kept your wits about you, you'd be fine. It's excellent value for money, and the location is EXCELLENT. You are right on several major bus routes, a block from china town, and right on the sky train. The staff was excellent, and I met several really cool people in the one night I stayed there. Next time I return to Vancouver, I will definitely stay here !! |
