Liked: The staff were really helpful, giving directions and information willingly. They even let me have a shower before flying out of vancouver - many hours after I'd checked out.

Liked: The location from the train station when you arrive by bus or by train. Also close to the main station to take the skytrain to go on the est or on the west (downtown).
