Liked: it was cheap and cheerful, so made a good place to stay while we were out on our luck.

Disliked: it's not a place you go for a social stay.

Liked: They have realy helpfull staff, hostel is really cheap, best place to meet other people from all around the world! good news for smokers, they have a balcony on each floor so you dont need to go outside for a smoke. Hostel is very close to train and coach station.

Disliked: There is not much, but for someone it would be far to the center, The intenet conection is good but not stable. you can meet lot of junkies and homeless people in this part of town, but I have no problem with them.

Liked: Hostel is really close to the skytrain and bus station and within easy walking distance into china town and surrounding areas. Staff were extremely friendly! It wasmore like staying in a LARGE share house.

Disliked: The showers sometimes could have been a little cleaner.

Disliked: sqeaky bunk beds and location was a bit close to where the drugies hang out

Liked: a very lovely hostel, perfect to meet people as long as you don't just sit in front of your laptop, very good for one or two night, because the street in front is noisy and the beds are so too

Liked: Good common areas and kitchens made meeting other travellers easy. The staff are friendly and helpful, and despite being a little way out of the centre of town, it is still possible to walk to many great places in Vancouver.

Liked: Helpful staff, good number of bathrooms which were all clean. Comfy beds and a sink in every room. Well stocked kitchen but poor eating areas. Very close to a skytrain stop but also very close to lots of homeless/druggies. We enjoyed our stay.
