Liked: Nice house, friendly staff. But she wasn't there, except when we checked it. So if we would have had any questions or problems, she wouldn't have been able to help us.Nice beds!

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful and explained where everything was and where to go and get things. The rooms were clean and tidy and plenty of storage space and lockers. They also had a very friendly cat, jake, who was lovely.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.
